Neil recently spoke to a group of friends and said, “It’s bad enough that our Mayor and former Council President bungled the Police Chief selection. They also lost a great law enforcement professional, Jim Lawless, to another department. Now they continue to waste valuable staff time and tax dollars that could be spent rebuilding our city.”
