Jenn’s about to take the (virtual) debate stage for the first time. She’s been prepping and hopes to make you proud.
Tonight’s program is called the “Virginia People’s Debate” and it’s being live streamed to ensure all Virginians will have a chance to hear from those looking to be their future Governor. However, Jenn’s main opponent, Terry McAuliffe, decided not to attend.
John, we get it. There’s a lot of conflicting priorities on the campaign trail. It’s impossible to do everything. However, connecting and sharing your vision with voters should be priority number one.
Jenn understands that she needs to earn every vote and is ready to take the stage tonight with her fresh vision for Virginia. She’s even missing critical call time for her filing deadline at the end of this month. And I’ll be honest -- we (her team) are concerned that time off the phones will set her back for this critical fundraising goal.
Contribute now to show you have Jenn’s back and help her stay on track to hit our 1st quarter fundraising goal.
Real talk, if we miss our March end-of-quarter budget deadline it could create a fundraising hole we will not be able to make up, especially with voting starting statewide next month. We need to go all in and we need to do it NOW.

Jennifer Carroll Foy was born and raised in Petersburg. In 2017, she flipped a Republican district as a first-time candidate pregnant with twins. During her time as Delegate, Jennifer championed the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, helped expand Medicaid to 400,000 Virginians, and advocated for the Commonwealth’s most vulnerable communities.
She has a career of public service and it started long before 2017. As a public defender, Jennifer helped give a voice to the often voiceless — children, people suffering from addiction, those experiencing homelessness, those with mental illness, and the poor.
Now she’s running to be the first woman elected Governor of Virginia and serve as the first Black woman to be governor nationwide.
Help her make history. Donate now.
