Arlington, TX — Susan Wright, widow of the late-Congressman Ron Wright and a Republican candidate for the May 1st special election in Texas' 6th Congressional District, today announced the endorsement of Congressman Troy Nehls (R, TX-22).
"Susan is a proven conservative fighter who has been active in the Texas conservative movement for years," said Rep. Troy Nehls. "We need reinforcements to fight the swamp and the radical left in Congress, and that’s why I’m proudly backing Susan Wright for Congress."
"Congressman Troy Nehls has a proven track record of strong leadership, from his distinguished military and law enforcement career to his service in Congress, and I look forward to working with him to enact conservative reforms in Washington," said Susan Wright. "I'm honored to earn his endorsement."
Wright has been endorsed by over 200 individuals and organizations, including four other members of the Texas Congressional delegation: Reps. Lance Gooden, Jodey Arrington, Chip Roy, and Kay Granger.
