Governor DeWine Signs Bill Into Law
(CEDARVILLE, Ohio)?Ohio Governor Mike DeWine recently signed the following bill into law:

Senate Bill 13, sponsored by Senator George Lang, shortens the period of limitations for actions upon a contract; makes changes to the borrowing statute pertaining to applicable periods of limitations; and establishes a statute of repose for a legal malpractice action.
