End of whaaaaat? 🤔
Campaigns use the phrase 'end-of-quarter deadline' and 'EOQ' a lot. It sounds like a load of bull. The truth is, the sum of money we raise in the first financial quarter of 2021 is a *really big* deal.
On March 31, John has to publicly report to the FEC everything our campaign has raised since we launched in January. People will read the topline numbers as a sign of our strength or weakness. All eyes will be on it, including:
👉 Opponents (Democratic and Republican challengers have entered the race)
👉 Reporters (in fact, a few already asked about it)
👉 GOP super PACs (they’re preparing to dump buckets of money into PA)
