It looks like Wisconsin’s Senator Ron Johnson is making more dangerous comments.

The Republican recently defended the rioters who stormed the Capitol on January 6th as people who “loved this country” and said he may have been more concerned if it had instead been a group of Black Lives Matter protesters.

These comments were shameful, undignified, and flat-out racist.

Johnson further proved that we need to vote him out of office next year. Wisconsinites deserve so much better than a Senator who disparages people of color and lifts up violent right-wing extremists.
