• In January of this year, Stephanie reintroduced the Raise the Wage Act, which would steadily increase the national minimum wage until it reaches $15/hr.


• During the 116th Congress, she pushed for a similar bill and was instrumental to gathering support for its successful passage (though then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell refused to put it on the Senate floor for a vote).
