I'm about to explain why I need you to become a Founding Member of my campaign. But if you don't have the time, please pitch in a donation of any amount before midnight >>[link removed]

Let me explain why donations from our Founding Members are so critical:

Last November, I lost my House seat to a Trump Republican by a single point.

And it's all thanks to the millions of dollars funneled into my district by Trump's favorite GOP hacks, McCarthy and Nunes.

Now I'm running again -- because I'm NOT done fighting for hardworking American families.

But they're already back to their old tricks, raising millions to ensure my defeat.

I'm starting over from scratch. To catch up their massive cash haul and flip the Central Valley blue again, I have to act NOW. And I need the support of 53 Founding Members from Philadelphia to pull it off. Can I count on your $5?

When I say the GOP is aggressively fundraising to guarantee Democrats like me lose:

I'm not kidding.

Last week alone, they raised $3 million from their overzealous base!

Now McCarthy's so confident he'll defeat me AND take over the Majority, he said "I would bet my house."

But I know my Founding Members are ready to step up and help me prove him wrong.

I wouldn't be asking if I didn't believe I could win. I know this race can be a toss-up, but only if I have a grassroots army beside me. I'm humbly asking: will you chip in ANYTHING to become a Founding Member of my campaign before midnight?

Thanks for being in this fight with me,
