Dear Friend,
Today is Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's birthday, and I wanted to take a moment to honor her memory and legacy.
Justice Ginsburg was one of our nation's greatest legal minds, a champion for choice, and a moral compass whose steadfastness kept us hopeful even in the darkest of days. As just the second woman to serve on the Supreme Court, she broke barriers for American women and was a role model for kids everywhere.
March is Women's History Month, a time to reflect on how far women's rights have come, but also how much there is left to do -- especially for women of color. It's up to us to honor Justice Ginsburg's memory by protecting her extraordinary legacy and continuing to work for a more just, equitable society.
Let's keep up the good fight,
-Sara
