Briana Sewell is running for a seat in the Virginia state House of Delegates,
Shahana Hanif and
Jennifer Gutiérrez are running for City Council in New York City, and
Lisa Smith is running for City Council in Arvada, Colorado -- they'll all be in conversation moderated by
Marie Pinkney, a Delaware state senator.
We know the difference electing women makes.
They get more shit done. Research has shown electing more women means more laws being passed, more money gets sent back to their districts, and we get more policies that benefit women (and by extension,
everyone).
We'll be diving into that and how you can help all of our guests, John.
