John,

Huge news!

After years of lobbying, our Term Limits Convention legislation has passed the West Virginia state house.

Just one more vote each in the state state judiciary committee and before the full state senate and West Virginia will be the latest state to vote to bypass Congress to consider term limits for the U.S. House and Senate.

This was a huge win because last year the state house blocked our legislation even though the state senate passed it.

However, our volunteers and staff worked overtime.  Good people like you helped fund ads, billboards and events in West Virginia.

And now term limits for Congress is about to take a huge step forward!

Please make an urgent contribution of $20, $30, $50, $100 or whatever you can possibly afford to help us duplicate our successful strategy in West Virginia in states like Arizona, Georgia, Louisiana and others that are about to consider our bill.

I can't even begin to explain what a big deal this is.

We've been battling in West Virginia for a long time.  It's a state that we need in order to call the Term Limits Convention.

And the professional politicians know that.

That's why they went all out to beat us in the West Virginia State House.

However, this time, a coalition of ordinary citizens beat the professional politicians.

And now we have a good blueprint of how to beat these politicians in other states, too!

So please, please, please do whatever you can to help us.

Our volunteers and field coordinators across America are fired up.  Morale is incredibly high.

However, they need financial support for signs, term limits literature, rallies, ads and media events.

And they need it now.  We're on a roll!

As you watch Congress on TV this week remember:  Only a small fraction of U.S. Representatives and Senators are defeated in any given election.

That's why we need term limits.

Please make an emergency donation today.

Sincerely,

Phil Blumel
President
