John, I'm excited to share the latest from CRC with you:

  • How many workers does it take to decertify a union?
Recently, a group of workers in Indiana submitted a decertification petition to Region 13 of the National Labor Relations Board. This petition is particularly noteworthy because every worker in the unit signed it. In February, the regional board inexplicably rejected the decertification petition. CRC's Michael Watson exposes the recent events that have turned union complaints about "free riders" against the union leaders themselves here.
  • How I ruined Sen. Whitehouse's day
On Wednesday, I testified before a subcommittee of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) called the hearing to complain about "right-wing dark money" that he claims has captured the U.S. courts. Unfortunately for him, I laid out the truth: The Left utterly dominates in the "dark money" arms race, and the very witnesses he called for his side are fueled by "dark money." Unbelievably, one of those witnesses heads People for the American Way, the "dark money" group that invented intimidation campaigns at the high court when it viciously smeared my friend Bob Bork's nomination long before some of Whitehouse's staffers were even born. Read or watch my oral testimony here; my more detailed written statement is here. Carrie Severino gives a summary of the whole hearing here.
  • Why did corporate America go "woke"?
In The Dictatorship of Woke Capital, Stephen R. Soukup makes a convincing case that the Left's takeover of major corporations has been going on much longer than most of us realize. The book describes the complex methods by which corporations have succumbed to leftist influences. CRC's Robert Stilson reviews this "readable and informative" book here. Our podcast speaks with the author here.
  • What will we discover next about Zuck bucks?
With a big assist from a public documents request by Ned Jones, election integrity director of the Virginia Project, CRC has updated its report on Mark Zuckerberg's meddling in Virginia's 2020 election via the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL). We can now trace nearly $4 million in CTCL grants to Virginia. The funding numbers are still extremely skewed in favor of Democratic voting blocks, as CRC's Hayden Ludwig reveals here.

The Future of
Racial Division
Under Biden

Joe Biden began his presidency with a bold call for unity. Unfortunately, President Biden’s actions have in no way matched his rhetoric. He’s not just avoiding doing what’s necessary to bring about unity; he's actively instituting policies that will destroy the possibility of it.

Standing Up to
Woke Capital

In this episode: We welcome Stephen Soukup, author of The Dictatorship of Woke Capital: How Political Correctness Captured Big Business to discuss . . . well, woke capital and how political correctness captured big business. (Isn't it helpful when a book does exactly what it says on the cover?) Soukup is publisher and vice president of the Political Forum, an independent research provider.
