It’s one of the most alarming pieces of legislation we’ve ever seen.
House Speaker Pelosi and President Biden are calling it the “For the People Act” (HR1); but in reality, it’s the FOR THE LEFT ACT.

It enshrines into law everything that went wrong with the 2020 elections – forcing states to mail out ballots to all residents, banning states from implementing any voter ID measures, and legalizing ballot harvesting, which in some states is criminal fraud.
It doesn’t just invite fraud; it would eviscerate the integrity of our elections.
It takes the election process out of the states’ control and centralizes it in Washington, D.C. – a direct violation of the Constitution.
It would also UNDO the victory we won against the Obama-Biden IRS and weaponize the IRS to once again target conservatives.
We know the radical Left wants to remake America into Biden’s America. The House of Representatives JUST PASSED THIS dangerous bill to permanently entrench its power to tear down so much of what we’ve fought for. We must fight back.
At the ACLJ, our legal and Government Affairs teams are mobilizing to defeat this legislation in the Senate and challenge it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. We must defend the integrity of our elections and the Constitution. But we need YOU.
