Join us to cheer on the attorneys, plaintiffs, “amici” (friends of the court who submitted briefs) and experts asking federal courts to block implementation of DHS’s public charge rule. A judge could rule on an injunction anytime after October 2nd and hopefully before October 15th, when the rule is scheduled to take effect.
