It is no secret that there has been an enormous amount of outrage and backlash by those in opposition. However, it is important to actually take the time and thoroughly read through the provisions being suggested as the truth within these bills are not being echoed by mainstream media. These bills aim to verify, protect, and secure one of our most sacred rights as Americans, the right to vote. Georgia’s House and Senate omnibus bills are prominent examples of election reform bills that to protect and secure, not suppress, your vote.

404 is one of over 30 proposition for making changes to the Pennsylvania Election Code introduced this year by establishing a "Statement of Voter’s Rights" in the state. Sponsored by Democrat Lisa M. Boscola. Status: Referred to state gov't. Link to Bill
TX SB 1535 - Early voting by mail; Poll watchers Authored by Republican Dawn Buckingham, Senate Bill 1535 would increase penalties for criminally interfering with the electoral process, and would raise the standards to meet in order to be an appointed watcher during ballot counting or recounting. Status: Filed. Link to Bill NJ SB3509 - In-person voting "No municipal, county, or State election or other official shall institute any policies or procedures to circumvent the requirement to provide for voting in person," reads Senate Bill 3509 in part. Sponsored by Republican Samuel D. Thompson, the bill proposes to prevent any state official, from municipality to legislature to the governor, from interfering with or abrogating the ability and opportunity of any citizen to vote in person at a polling place. Meaning not even when there's a pandemic. Status: In committee. Link to Bill
