Following the general election in November, Facebook banned all political advertising with no clear end date — a move that was devastating for a grassroots campaign like ours.
The good news is that the ads ban was recently lifted! But now we're playing catch-up on our fundraising goals for the quarter after more than four months of uncertainty around this crucial revenue source.
From activating tens of thousands of people across the country to take action on moving Pramila's bold and transformative policies forward through petition ads, to donate ads that ask our grassroots supporters to invest in that important work, Facebook ads play a critical role in helping us build our people-first movement.
Unlike candidates who can call up corporate PAC donors when they're falling behind, Pramila relies on the activists we've brought into this movement like you chipping in whatever they can when they're able to.
