The Actors Fund

Dear Actors Fund Friends,

One year ago today, Broadway shut down, and TV and film productions continued to follow suit. Our world was full of uncertainty and disbelief...and here we are now, one year later, still in a very different world.

But during this dark time, there has been light—and that light was you. The Actors Fund community stepped up to help those who were facing an unprecedented crisis. Together, we've been able to provide more than $20 million to those in need, along with numerous workshops, seminars and counseling sessions to help keep people on their feet. If you need help or can contribute to those who do, please learn more and reach out via our website. Thank you for supporting a life in the arts.

StarsInTheHouse.com

Almost one year ago on March 16, 2020, Stars In The House went live with its very first episode starring Tony Award Winner Kelli O’Hara. No one could have imagined what was about to unfold; but amidst all of the devastation, Stars In The House is proud to have raised more than $718,000 to benefit The Actors Fund and support those in need in the performing arts.

To honor the One Year Anniversary of the show, we have an amazing week of special guests. On March 16, we welcome back many of those who have been with us since the beginning (including Kelli O’Hara, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Annette Bening, Keala Settle, Judy Kuhn, David Hyde Pierce, Bebe Neuwirth and more); March 17 features the Original Broadway Cast of Head Over Heels; March 18 celebrates a Little House on the Prairie reunion; March 19, an epic reunion of The West Wing; and March 20 concludes the week with a thirtysomething reunion.

Wil

Wil
March 19-23, 7 pm ET

Much Ado About Wil

Set in 1590, Wil introduces 26-year-old Wil Shakespeare—a promising but floundering playwright with a wife, three children, a ballooning mortgage and a brand-new play, Romeo & Juliet, that just closed on opening night at the Stratford Upon Avon Supper Theater. Things look bleak for the young playwright when his trusted agent, Bernie Shylock, lands Wil his first professional gig: running the summer stock theatre at Elsinore Castle in Denmark. Upon arrival in Denmark, Wil finds a group of less-than-desirable thespians, thieves and murderers and realizes that putting on a respectable performance of Romeo & Juliet might be the least of his worries.

The cast includes Eric McCormack, Oliver Dench, Lucy Peacock, Will Swenson, Colm Feore, Jonathan Scarfe, Zuleikha Robinson, Luke Humphrey, Geraint Wyn Davies, Andre Sills, Christopher Shyer, Erin Karpluk and Kendra Leigh, among many others.
