HUGE news: Facebook ads are back, and while we have mixed feelings about the social media giant, digital ads are one of our strongest candidate recruitment methods.

A little background: Ads have been offline since Election Day 2020, making it harder for Run for Something to reach young progressives who may be interested in running for elected office.

Their return could not come at a better time, because as you probably know, it's Women's History Month! We have a timely opportunity to recruit diverse, progressive women to Run for Something, women who can change the face of state and local politics and drive progress.

But there's one small issue: We had no idea when ads would be back, if at all. So our digital ads budget is not where it needs to be -- we're hoping you can help get this vital program up and running again, John.

This is how we grow the movement, how we make it more diverse -- how we make the movement stronger.

But right now, our ads budget is a shadow of its on-cycle self. We need the help of grassroots donors to get our digital recruitment program back up and running as soon as possible and get young progressive women into our candidate pipeline.
