Three years ago, State Senate Majority Leader Aaron Ford filed to run to be the next Attorney General of Nevada.

After a competitive campaign, Aaron found himself ahead by just 5,000 votes over his opponent and won by less than a point. It was one of the closest Attorney General races in the nation.

Since then, Aaron hasn’t stopped. His office has:

→ Stood up to the Trump Administration in court.
→ Reached multi-million dollar settlements with large corporations who caused Nevada consumers harm.
→ Defended the integrity of our elections and fought back against frivolous lawsuits in court.
→ Is now moving the needle forward on criminal justice reform in Nevada with a no-knock warrant bill in the legislature.

Democratic AGs like Aaron are committed to fighting for justice and equity everywhere they can. That’s why they’ve worked nationwide to block Trump’s discriminatory Muslim ban, defend Dreamers & the DACA program, safeguard critical environmental protections, and more.

With the 2018 election being so close, we expect 2022 to be even more competitive. We know that working families in Nevada can’t afford to have a Republican Attorney General and that our campaign has high stakes.
