The PRO Act will strengthen workers’ rights, penalize companies that retaliate against workers in disputes, and weaken “right to work” laws that make it harder for workers to form unions.

And we can’t leave anyone behind -- that’s why Marie fought to include an amendment in the PRO Act requiring companies to post notices informing employees of their rights to organize in ALL of the languages that their workers speak!
