Friend, the 2020 election was historic in a number of ways. Not only were Democrats able to win back control of the White House and Congress, but President Biden and Vice President Harris received more votes than any other presidential ticket in history - all thanks to record voter turnout.

But now, after months spent trying to overturn the results of November's election, Republican lawmakers in Georgia and across the country have introduced a raft of new voter suppression bills designed to make it harder for voters - particularly young and minority voters - to cast their ballots.

We can't let this stand, friend. The right to vote is the bedrock of our democracy - and leaders like John Lewis fought for and devoted their lives to securing this most fundamental freedom for all of us.
