To make Norooz brighter this year, NIAC San Francisco is thrilled to invite you and your family to join us for an evening of Persian cooking

Dear John,

Norooz is usually all about sharing delicious food with loved ones, but this year is different as we keep our communities safe by staying socially distant, and staying at home. That’s why we have something special in the works.

To make Norooz brighter this year, NIAC San Francisco is thrilled to invite you and your family to join us on March 18th at 5pm PT for an evening of Persian cooking with renowned Chef Hoss Zaré , who will teach some modern techniques you can use for your own Persian dishes!

RSVP TODAY

Chef Hoss Zaré is the former owner of the famed San Francisco restaurant "Zaré at Fly Trap” and current Executive Chef of Bon Appétit at Google. He has played a role in popularizing Persian cuisine in the Bay Area as he continues to infuse traditional Persian dishes with modern styles.

Not only will Chef Hoss Zaré be teaching modern techniques you can use in your own home, along the way you'll get to learn more about himself and ask him questions. We’re even throwing in a little Haftseen lesson as well.

Space is limited, so make sure to RSVP ASAP!

Hope to see you there!

Best,

Kia Aliakbar
NIAC San Francisco Captain
