Although unknown to many Americans, over the last several years the Supreme Court has altered its procedure for deciding some of its cases. It has resulted in less clarity and transparency for the American public, and has been referred to as a shadow docket.

 

Will you sign the petition below to support a bipartisan review of the shadow docket?

 

While it is very important who sits on the bench, it is also critically important how the Supreme Court operates. Unfortunately this issue does not always get news coverage. The Supreme Court should be fair, transparent, and uphold the law for all Americans. Many Republicans and Democrats agree, and are calling for bipartisan reforms.

 



 

The shadow docket can have far-reaching consequences for our entire country. Even though we are fighting back with a bipartisan coalition, I still need your help. Will you sign onto this petition calling for SCOTUS reform?
