Hi John,

New York Attorney General Letitia James is taking a leading role in investigating the growing allegations against NY Governor Andrew Cuomo, boldly declaring that “allegations of sexual harassment should always be taken seriously.”

And she's not the only Democratic woman demanding accountability. According to POLITICO, “Andrea Stewart-Cousins, the majority leader of the New York state Senate, is directly calling on Cuomo to resign.” And Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has suggested that Cuomo should be impeached if AG James finds more evidence against him, calling the survivors' accounts “extremely serious” and “painful.”

But, given that Andrew Cuomo is a white man in power in politics, many establishment Democrats are already jumping to his defense. And according to POLITICO, most Americans don't think Cuomo should resign.

Multiple women have now come forward against Andrew Cuomo. At A Woman's Place, we take these allegations seriously -- we believe survivors. We are proud to stand by the women who came forward and the Democratic women who are now unapologetically calling for accountability. We believe Cuomo is unfit to represent the Democratic party. But today, we need to know where YOU stand:

John, do you think Andrew Cuomo should resign?

YES   NO

Thank you for adding your voice today as we work to hold our leaders accountable and create a more equitable government for every American.
