There are two different styles of campaigns, ones who cheaply gain votes and contributions through gimmicks, and ones who create a true grassroots movement, and who have their ideals and policy at the forefront, not cheap tricks. I want voters who truly believe that we can restore sanity to our politics. Our movement is about change and progress -- not gimmicks and raffles. Sensible gun control is crucial to be able to ensure the safety of others while allowing for self defense and proper recreational use. I know one thing for sure, giving out guns in a raffle hosted by a political campaign is no way to solve this complex issue. I promise I will never abuse the contributions I receive for cheap media stunts like this one -- and every single penny will go toward building a movement strong enough to take down MTG and bring back decency and respect to our political discourse.
