It’s finally here: the last day of our fundraising push to qualify for NYC’s public matching funds program. Reaching our goal today would unlock an 8:1 funding match on donations from New Yorkers, making a huge difference for this grassroots campaign.

Qualifying for the public match would mean being able to expand our organizing power throughout the city — and it would mean I get to spend less time on the phone and more time doing what I really want to be doing: talking to and getting input from New Yorkers.

We are co-building a new New York City, one where everyone will live in dignity and where no person will go unhoused, unfed or uncared for. We have been underestimated every step of the way, but with you by our side, I know we can make this happen.
