I was thrilled when my friend Catherine Cortez Masto was elected to the Senate to represent Nevada, the first Latina ever to serve in the U.S. Senate. During her time in the Senate, Catherine has shown leadership by fighting for comprehensive immigration reform and working to improve our health care system. She's been a great champion for Nevada's – and America's – working families. And Catherine’s leadership as chair of the Senate Democrats’ campaign arm in the 2020 election cycle helped us win in Georgia this year and flip the Senate.

But now Catherine is up for reelection and Republicans are targeting her seat. She won her last election by just two percentage points and faced $50 million in GOP spending to defeat her – and we can be sure that she will face even more this time around. So we need to build a movement of people to support Catherine in her race and help Democrats hang on to our Senate majority.
