Morrisey Fights Congressional Censorship

This week, my Office sent a letter to twelve cable and satellite companies urging them to reject Congressional attempts to stifle free-speech and deplatform conservative news outlets. Our efforts caught the attention of OANN and the Wall Street Journal. Journal columnist Kim Strassel noted that AG Patrick Morrisey and Governor Ron DeSantis were out-in-front leading against blatant censorship efforts.

Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is participating in a legal brief with many of his GOP colleagues to support your gun-rights, which are at risk due to the New York Attorney General’s action against the NRA. Morrisey is one of the leading voices in the country defending the 2nd Amendment.

Protecting Precious Life 👶

Attorney General Patrick Morrisey recently expressed strong opposition to the Biden Administration’s announcement that it would be readministrating the “Mexico-City” pro-abortion policy. Attorney General Morrisey is a champion for innocent life and has played a critical role in advancing pro-life legislation and defending pro-life policies in court.

Say No to the Green New Deal 🔋

In light of the importance of energy and manufacturing jobs in West Virginia, AG Patrick Morrisey has taken a leading role in opposition to the Biden Administration’s efforts to impose Green New Deal policies on our country.Morrisey recently signed onto a Montana-led letter, asking the Biden Administration to reverse its Keystone Pipeline decision, and is building a legal coalition to thwart Biden’s goal of advancing an even-more aggressive version of Obama’s so-called “Clean Power Plan” on the American people.

Medicaid Fraud 🏥

Attorney General Patrick Morrisey just announced this week that he had resolved allegations of Medicaid fraud and improper billing against a West Virginia hospital. As a result of the collaborative effort between the feds and Morrisey’s Office, State and Federal authorities obtained $320,000 from the hospital.
