While millions of Texans were freezing in their homes without power or water, Sen. Ted Cruz was on a flight to Cancun, Mexico for vacation. And now today, as President Joe Biden travels to Texas to survey the damage and the recovery efforts, Ted Cruz is once again out of the state, telling jokes about his Cancun vacation at a conservative convention.
You can't make this stuff up.
