Thanks everyone for the surprise birthday wishes this week! It softened the blow of turning 56.

I’m focused on protecting Washingtonians from powerful interests that don’t play by the rules. My team holds corporations accountable for false, deceptive, and unfair conduct. Through this work, I’ve sent nearly $200 million in direct payments to Washingtonians.

Here’s a recent example: More than 3,000 Washingtonians will receive $4 million as a result of our lawsuit to stop LuLaRoe's predatory pyramid scheme that made millions for a few individuals at the expense of thousands who lost money. Every Washingtonian who lost money as a result of LuLaRoe's deception will receive restitution payments.
