I'm about to ask you to invest in our grassroots campaign -- but I'm also going to be radically honest with you as to why I'm asking with nearly two years left before Election Day:
1. We were just named a top target of the National Republican Congressional Committee -- meaning we will see a significant influx of GOP cash and lies as they try to flip this seat, and:
2. The results of the 2020 census have been delayed, so we won't see population data until the end of April, and then many more months before we have a clear picture of the future of this district under redistricting.
So we're not only a top target for Republicans, but we're also in limbo on the future of this district under redistricting -- and that means we'll have a significantly shorter timeline ahead of Election Day 2022 to prepare.
