The Unz Review Digest - February 26, 2021
Alternative views regarding the ongoing Covid-19 epidemic and its methods of treatment heavily dominated this last week’s most popular featured articles, led by a Mike Whitney column denouncing proposed vaccination efforts which held the top spot by a wide margin, followed by another somewhat similar column by the same author, in the third spot. Together these attacks on Pharma and the vaccines they are promoting drew over 450 comments, totaling more than 60,000 words, and reflected the enormous debate over vaccines that has increasingly dominated alternative-media discussions.
Placing second was Jeshurun Tsarfat’s lengthy 7,000 word discussion of the new rise of rightwing Internet commenters such as Nick Fuentes, Andrew Anglin, and Adam Green, many of them with a highly controversial focus on Jewish issues, and subjected to considerable deplatforming and suppression. This topic quickly drew well over 300 comments, totaling nearly 40,000 words.
Our fourth most popular article was Philip Giraldi’s discussion of what possible steps Americans can take to attempt to combat the enormous and continually-growing influence that Israel and its advocates have gained over foreign policy and even domestic issues, with the question being heavily debated in more than 300 comments totaling over 30,000 words.
Ranking fifth was Jonathan Cook’s discussion of the considerable evidence for the potentially useful role of large doses of Vitamin D in protecting against Covid-19, and the strong efforts of the establishment to suppress this inexpensive form of treatment, with 200 comments totaling over 25,000 words discussing this thesis.
Finally, rounding out our most popular featured articles was the Saker’s discussion of the disastrous current situation in Ukraine, and the potential that it might even grow worse under US policies, leading to a Russian confrontation.
