Yesterday, my friend Senator Catherine Cortez Masto launched her re-election campaign to continue representing the great people of Nevada in the U.S. Senate — and she could really use our support.

When she was first elected in 2016, Catherine became the very first Latina senator as well as the first woman from Nevada elected to the Senate, and has worked tirelessly to repair our broken immigration system and protect affordable health care for every American. I’ve seen firsthand just how hard she works for her constituents.

Not only that, but Catherine served as the chair of the Senate Democrats’ campaign arm last cycle. Her leadership helped Democrats win enough seats to take back the Senate, giving us the opportunity to advance a progressive agenda for the people without Mitch McConnell standing in our way.

Catherine won her 2016 race by only two points after outside groups spent more than $50 million. Now, with the Senate majority on the line, Republicans are already gearing up to try and turn both Nevada and the Senate red again.

If we lose Nevada, we lose the Senate. That’s why I’m asking: Will you help kick off Catherine’s campaign and defend Democrats’ Senate Majority by pitching in a contribution of $10, $25, or whatever you can afford today?
