John,

I wanted to reach out personally about something that is very important to me. 

Our Law Enforcement departments are under attack.  The left is constantly calling to defund our police and our communities are divided and suffering.  I was devastated to see police precincts burned to the ground last year. 

This is not the country we want. 

I became a police officer because I love our community and I wanted to protect our way of life.  I proudly served the Duluth Police Department for two decades and I continue to fight for Law Enforcement Officers in Congress to ensure they get the resources they need to keep our communities safe.

I am so thankful for my brothers and sisters in blue and brown and proud of the work they do every day.  I will always have their back and I am asking for you to have their back too.
