Planned Parenthood had another record year – a record number of abortions while taking a record number of your tax dollars.

Now it wants more. Planned Parenthood’s own records show it has committed more abortions in the last year than ever before – 354,871 unborn babies killed. It also took more of your tax dollars than ever before – over $618 million. It’s heart-wrenching.

At the same time, a California jury has awarded Planned Parenthood millions more from pro-life advocates for exposing the harvesting and selling of aborted babies’ body parts. Worse yet, the judge awarded Planned Parenthood an additional $13 million in attorney’s fees.

TODAY, we are filing our first appeal brief in federal appeals court to have this injustice OVERTURNED.

We are taking on Planned Parenthood in courts nationwide – including preparing to file a new brief at the Supreme Court to defund millions of dollars from the abortion giant. We can win. We can defeat the abortion industry and defend unborn babies.

But as we head to federal appeals court – battling taxpayer-funded Planned Parenthood and its seemingly limitless resources – we need you to take action with us. We’re the last line of defense in court.
