Dear John,
We’ve shared news recently that we’ve had a number of groundbreaking articles published including Spiritual Fitness: A New Dimension in Alzheimer’s Prevention, published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease.

Today, I’d like to reveal that we have just received a very generous grant from the Arizona Cardinals Charities organization.

We will use this money to further expand our Brain Longevity® Therapy Training Program (BLTT) which will enable more communities to utilize our tools, resources, and life-changing research.

Needless to say, we are extremely excited and grateful.

If you’d like to be part of your ARPF’s continual groundbreaking work, including our research, please consider donating towards a lifetime of peak mental performance in either of these ways:

Stay safe and be well. Thank you for your support!

Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.
