Cancel the Rents! Denver Car Protest

Saturday Feb. 27 @ 2:00 PM

30-40 million people are on the edge of eviction. 50 million people don't have enough to eat. Many families are being forced to decide between paying rent and feeding their children, and our government is actually pulling back on their inadequate relief measures!

Join us in solidarity with PSL, 9to5, and Sanctuary for All in a car protest to demand rent cancellation, and secure housing for all! We demand from Governor Polis:

1) Cancel all rents and mortgages
2) No evictions
3) No foreclosures
4) Full housing rights and relief for undocumented people
5) Homes for the homeless

Signmaking for Cancel the Rents! Denver Car Protest
Saturday Feb. 27 @ 1:00 PM (2150 California St.)
Every good protest needs good signs! Show up early at 1 to meet some of your fellow Denver DSA comrades in person, paint some signs, and get ready to fight to cancel the rent! Even if you can’t stay for the protest, feel free to swing on by and help us make some signs. If you have it or can bring it, painters tape & poster board is always appreciated. Masks on!

COMMUNITY

The city continues to violently displace our unhoused neighbors. Consider volunteering or donating to some community orgs doing critical on-the-ground care:
