I just got word that the twice-impeached and forever-disgraced Donald Trump will be rallying with his right-wing cult-followers at CPAC this Sunday in Florida and participating in a 2024 presidential straw poll.
Trump feels empowered to keep spreading his Big Lie against American democracy because 43 GOP Senators protected his shocking actions as Inciter-in-Chief in the January 6 plot to overthrow our presidential election and “continue” him in office.
The GOP’s loving embrace of Trump after his incitement of white supremacist violence against Congress indicates that the Republicans, already the voice of right-wing authoritarianism in America, may be becoming an openly pro-extremist and pro-fascist party.

GOP House leader, Kevin McCarthy, who could not convince Trump to send aid to fight the insurrectionists on January 6, is back on his knees kissing Donald Trump’s ring and begging for campaign help. He flew to Mar-a-Lago to seek Trump cash for 2022 elections.
On top of everything, McCarthy’s deputy, Steve Scalise, is still spreading lies about election fraud on TV and refuses to say the election wasn’t stolen.
We cannot let the GOP win back control of Congress. And that’s why I continue to organize in the court of public opinion to hold them accountable.
