Dear John,

As you know, last week's winter storm here in Texas was
devastating to millions of residents and families who lost their
electrical power and water for several days.

Many are still recovering-and I hope you'll join me in
keeping them in your prayers.

However, today I want to warn you about another type of blackout
that's been happening to people of faith all across America. One
that could cost us our entire constitutional system-unless we
come together to stop it now.

These new blackouts are brought to you by the dubious alliance of big
tech, big media, and big government, as they roll out their new
"community standards."

So what's their aim?

Simply put, these new "community standards" are just a
thinly-veiled attempt to silence, censor and cancel people of faith
from freely participating in the marketplace of ideas and, ultimately,
from expressing their deeply-held beliefs.

And these days, they are growing bolder than ever. Just take a look at
the kind of content Facebook is banning now:

Yes, this really is just a simple online link to Bible passages. And
yes, Facebook really did claim that such a post "goes against
our community standards."

This level of religious hostility is absolutely unacceptable in
America.

Earlier this week, we argued a case to keep God in the courtroom. At
stake in this case is whether a person can be declared unfit to
fulfill jury duty just for praying for guidance and believing God
answered their prayer.

We're also filing petitions to stop discrimination against a
faith-based school in Texas, and to protect the independence of
churches and religious organizations to operate as they see fit in an
important case before the Supreme Court.

Make no mistake...we WILL see more maddening cases like this
coming to light in the months ahead.

In fact, I think what's coming is the "perfect
storm" for religious freedom. Why? Because I'm confident
that this type of blatant, tyrannical overreach will be shut down in
our courts by the hundreds of newly-appointed federal judges who
believe in the founding rights and principles of the Constitution.

But we can only remain at the forefront of this battleground with your
