Hi John,

When Donald Trump was president, he cut family planning funding to health care providers that perform or refer patients for abortion.

But now that Trump is out of office, that “gag rule” policy of prohibiting federally-funded clinics from referring people for abortion could be overturned.

President Joe Biden has already indicated that he will work to reverse the policy, and the Supreme Court just announced that it will take up challenges to the rule in the coming months.

We have a critical opportunity to overturn one of Trump's cruelest anti-reproductive rights policies -- but the GOP is banking on their stacked Supreme Court to uphold the inhumane policy, and we don't know whether we have the support to keep pursuing the repeal of this rule.

John, let us know:

Do you support the Trump administration's anti-abortion “gag rule” policy?
