We’re excited to announce two exciting improvements to Call Time in NGP on Wednesday, March 3rd.

First, the existing Call Time Sessions will be replaced with a more dynamic, intuitive Call Time List page to view all of your upcoming and recently completed Asks. Rather than managing sessions that are scheduled for a particular day, you can bulk apply asks without specifying a date. This better reflects the rolling basis on which calls are made - if calls are not completed one day, they simply remain in the Ask queue until they’ve been completed or deleted.

Second, with the purchase of our Call Time Mobile feature, you will be able to download our new Call Time Mobile app from the Apple and Android app stores and use it to make calls conveniently from your phone. While the app is free to download, Asks will only appear in the app once the feature has been purchased from us and we’ve added the proper permissions to your user account.

To purchase Call Time Mobile now, or for a free trial in March, contact your Account Executive or email [email protected].

Call Time Mobile offers seamless call time workflows from anywhere. You can create a list of people to call in NGP and bulk apply Asks, which automatically allows them to appear in the app. When your candidate or other caller logs into the app, they will see all Asks that have been assigned to them, including essential information about each donor. They can click to dial the number and enter results directly in the app, which are synced back to NGP. No exports, no imports, or data entry - call time has never been easier.

These improvements move us further toward our goal of offering everything you need in one place, with minimal imports and exports, allowing you to do more with less time and effort. Keep an eye out for more details from Lou Levine, General Manager of Fundraising & Compliance, next week.

As always, please do not hesitate to reach us with any questions or concerns.

Yours,
