John,
During Donald Trump's administration, protection for over 34 million acres of land was rolled back, while fossil fuel development areas were expanded.
We know that when burned in large quantities, carbon dioxide from fossil fuels contributes to uncharacteristic weather patterns, natural disasters, and climate change that are devastating our planet -- so Diana's taking action against these rollbacks and deregulations.
She reintroduced the Colorado Wilderness Act to protect 660,000 acres of land in Colorado because preserving wilderness is key to mitigating climate change -- and the House is voting on it. John, we also want to know your opinion.
Is taking action against fossil fuel deregulations to combat climate change important to you?

As a member of the House Committee on Natural Resources and subcommittee on the Environment and Climate Change, Diana is a leader in the fight against climate change. She is fighting so our public lands and communities aren't vulnerable to the effects of pollution, privatization, and development.
She knows that access to public land keeps communities active, provides clean air and water, and is important in disease regulation. And that we need to protect the wilderness here in Colorado so it's around for future generations to enjoy. Before the House votes on the Colorado Wilderness Act, take the survey now to let us know how you feel about protecting public lands against polluters.
