Wow, Bayer-Monsanto has been caught yet again.
Newly uncovered emails detail the chemical giant’s latest efforts pressuring international governments to loosen restrictions on glyphosate, a pesticide linked to cancer. Bayer-Monsanto is playing every trick possible to protect its profits – even recruiting allies in Washington, D.C., to do its bidding – amid the global public health movement to ban glyphosate.
Nearly 40 countries have already imposed glyphosate restrictions due to public health dangers linked to the toxic pesticide. Even Bayer-Monsanto knows the deadly risks of its glyphosate products: At the same time the corporation lobbied against regulations on its cancer-linked pesticide, they settled an $11 BILLION lawsuit brought by cancer victims and their families.
We need 5,892 voices to expose the truth about glyphosate. As one of our top supporters, we need to hear from you so we can hold Bayer-Monsanto accountable for putting its own profits before public health.
