The Emerging Leaders Peer Network (ELPN) Led and convened by NPH, ELPN is a cohort of affordable housing practitioners who work on a volunteer basis to create learning and networking opportunities for burgeoning housers. De-Mystifying Construction Types Join the Emerging Leaders Peer Network (ELPN) March 10 at 12:00 PM as Dioni Rey, David Mar and Kristen Belt de-mystify the art of selecting construction types.
