It's been just over a week that our friends and family in Texas have been dealing with the aftermath of a record-breaking winter storm.

And while the snow and ice melt, new problems are emerging. About 10 million Texans are under a "boil water" advisory due to unsafe drinking water, and many still have no access to water at all.
