Last week, right-wing radio host Rush Limbaugh passed away. After that, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis ordered flags to be flown at half-staff in his honor. Lowering flags to half-staff is reserved for patriots and heroes of this country, not divisive political talk show hosts. This decision is an embarrassment to Florida and our nation. Call on Governor DeSantis to reverse his decision to fly flags at half-staff for Rush Limbaugh → DeSantis should be ashamed of his decision. Limbaugh perpetuated conspiracy theories and spread racism, homophobia and xenophobia throughout our country. Florida should NOT be honoring him as a hero.
