Ted Cruz is a disgrace.

He not only helped to incite the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol last month, which led to the injury of 140 Capitol Police officers and the deaths of 5 people, but he’s utterly indifferent to the suffering of the people he supposedly represents.

As you’ve probably heard, Ted Cruz tried to take a vacation in Cancun during the cold snap that shut down power, water, and heat across Texas. At a time when seniors were freezing to death in their homes, Ted left to take a vacation.

Ted Cruz isn’t just morally abhorrent―he actively obstructs everything we fight for. When we fight to expand Social Security, he fights to cut it. When we try to improve and expand Medicare, he tries to reduce benefits. He needs to go.
