Ahead of President Biden and Vice President Harris' inauguration, I asked you to share your thoughts to get a better idea of what you'd like Democrats to focus on at the start of the new administration. And now that we're a little more than a month into the Biden administration, I'm excited to report back with findings from those responses, and how you're helping shape my strategy in Congress. Here's what we found:

More than 91% of respondents believe President Biden and Congress should prioritize combating the COVID pandemic and distributing vaccines

I hear you, and that's why I'll be voting to pass President Biden's $1.9 trillion stimulus package, which will drastically increase testing and vaccine distribution.

The vast majority of respondents would like to see extended unemployment benefits and assistance to states for vaccine distribution.

Targeted COVID relief actions like this are precisely what the president's plan will do. The sooner we can pass it into law, the better. 

91% of you said it is extremely or very important to hold Donald Trump accountable for any wrongdoing.

I agree that nobody is above the law. That's why I'll continue to use my investigative powers in Congress to bring the former president and members of his administration to justice.
