The House Judiciary Committee has been looking into President Trump’s actions for some time -- but this past week, Speaker Nancy Pelosi launched a full impeachment inquiry after the president once again asked a foreign country to interfere in American politics.
Like many people in PA-05, I am no stranger to 10-12 hour workdays, especially as we on the Judiciary Committee fight for a more transparent, accessible government that doesn’t let high crimes and misdemeanors go unpunished.
Our district is being targeted by an alt-right challenger and by a super PAC who believe that obstruction of justice, illegal diversion of funds, hateful rhetoric, and a contempt for the rule of law is not just acceptable, but preferable.
