One solution is H.R. 350 better known as the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act. The bill will help ensure that existing laws are enforced against domestic terrorists and white supremicists. It would also create offices within DOJ, DHS, and the FBI to monitor, investigate, and prosecute cases of domestic terrorism.

This bill would be an encouraging first step towards ensuring that law enforcement properly enforces our existing gun laws against domestic terrorists and violent extremists. We want to help build support for legislation like this, which is where you come in.

It's imperative that law enforcement focus their attention on those who traffic guns with dangerous intent. The trafficking and accumulation of guns is a central part of insurrectionist conspiracies that aim to overthrow the government.

Yet, for too long, communities of color have been disproportionately impacted by efforts to enforce our nation's gun laws, while law enforcement has disregarded domestic terrorists and white supremicist groups.
